Delete your
Spez account.

In the app

1. Log in to Spez.
2. Open Profile.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm the deletion.

Without access to the app

Email [email protected] from the email address registered to your Spez account. State that you want your account and associated data deleted. We may ask you to confirm ownership before processing the request.

Opening this email link does not delete your account. Your request must be sent and processed after account ownership is confirmed. Never send your password or recovery codes.

What is deleted

Deleting your account removes its stored profile, preferences, sessions, financial accounts and transactions, budgets, goals, tasks, and AI conversation history from Spez’s active database. Information handled by external providers is subject to their own retention practices. If a record must be retained for a legal obligation, we will explain the applicable reason when handling your request.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Account deletion does not cancel Pro billing. Cancel through Apple’s subscription settings or Google Play subscriptions to prevent future renewals.
