Using Spez
By using Spez, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. Use the service only where you are legally permitted to do so. Keep account information accurate and your password private. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Your information and entries
You retain rights to the information you enter. You allow Spez and its service providers to process it as necessary to deliver the features you request. Only submit information you have the right to use. Financial totals depend on your entries and opening balances.
Planning tools, not banking
Spez helps organize budgets, goals, and tasks. It does not hold funds, connect to your bank, make payments, or move money. Transfers and goal progress are records within the app. Changing the display currency does not perform currency conversion.
AI suggestions
The Pro AI coach offers informational suggestions, not professional financial, legal, or tax advice. Responses can be inaccurate or incomplete. Check important information and make your own decisions. The AI coach does not execute transactions or change your plans on your behalf.
Pro subscriptions
Pricing, billing periods, and any purchase conditions are shown in the app and the relevant store before purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew according to the store’s terms unless cancelled. Manage cancellations and refund requests through the store where you purchased. Deleting your Spez account does not cancel the subscription.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, access another person’s account, attempt to bypass security or subscription checks, disrupt availability, or submit unlawful content. We may restrict accounts that violate these terms or threaten service security.
Availability and responsibility
Features may change and service interruptions may occur. Keep copies of information you need. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, particular outcomes, or error-free information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
Closing your account
You can delete your account or request deletion. See the privacy policy for the treatment of linked data.
